A IMPORTÂNCIA DA FASE PRÉ-ANALÍTICA PARA A MANUTENÇÃO DE RESULTADOS CORRETOS E SEGUROS EM UM LABORATÓRIO DE ANÁLISES CLÍNICAS
Os laboratórios de análises clínicas
estão sujeitos a erros no desenvolvimento destas
etapas, e para melhorar a prestação de serviço,
proporcionando qualidade e confiabilidade
nos resultados divide-se o processamento
das amostras em três fases: pré-analítica,
analítica e pós-analítica. A fase pré-analítica
é responsável pela maior parte destes erros,
pois envolve diretamente à atividade humana.
Contudo, é necessário que haja confiança e
segurança para o solicitante, uma vez que suas
decisões envolvem totalmente a vida e a saúde
de um paciente. Realizou-se uma pesquisa
bibliográfica através de análise detalhada de
materiais publicados na literatura anteriormente
procurando enfatizar a importância da fase
pré-analítica para a manutenção de resultados
corretos e seguros em um laboratório de
análises clínicas. Concluiu-se que a fase préanalítica
de um laboratório de análise clínica é
o setor mais crítico e um dos mais importantes
em se tratando de erros, uma vez que, por
envolver muitas etapas, está mais propício a
falhas. Portanto, é necessário o cuidado do
farmacêutico analista para minimizar e filtrar tais
erros a fim de se emitir um laudo seguro e que
não coloque em risco a vida de um paciente.

Abstract:
Clinical analysis laboratories are
subject to errors in the development of steps,
and to improve service delivery, providing quality
and reliability in the results, the processing of
the samples is divided into three phases: preanalytical,
analytical and post-analytical. The
pre-analytic phase is responsible for most of
these errors, directly involving human activity.
However, it is necessary that there be trust
and confidence for the applicant, since their
decisions totally involve a life and a health of
a patient. A literature review is carried out through a detailed analysis of materials
published in the literature. The goal is finally the importance of the pre-analytical phase
for the maintenance of correct and safe results in a laboratory of clinical analysis. It was
concluded that the preanalytic phase of a clinical analysis laboratory is the most critical
sector and one of the most important in terms of errors, since, because it involves many
steps, it is more conducive to failures. Therefore, it takes the care of the pharmacist
analyst to minimize and filter the errors, and thus is not a life-threatening patient.
