A IMPORTÂNCIA DA EDUCAÇÃO INTERPROFISSIONAL EM SAÚDE NA PROMOÇÃO DO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO EXCLUSIVO A MÃES RIBEIRINHAS AMAZÔNICAS
O aleitamento materno constitui uma importante estratégia natural que favorece o binômio mãe-filho, favorecendo diversos benefícios aos sujeitos envolvidos nesse processo. Entretanto, ainda é comum no Brasil o desmame precoce para níveis superiores à 50% das lactantes. Nesse cenário, a promoção de ações de incentivo à amamentação pelos serviços de saúde e órgãos públicos, por intermédio da educação interprofissional, torna-se fundamental, com a finalidade de promover a saúde materno infantil. O artigo proposto objetiva descrever as atividades de promoção em saúde, por meio da educação interprofissional, desenvolvidas pelos discentes do Programa PET-Saúde Interprofissionalidade, em conjunto com os profissionais da ESF Ilha do Combu com um grupo mulheres ribeirinhas, com ênfase na importância do aleitamento materno exclusivo. Trata-se de um relato de experiência vivenciado por discentes dos cursos da área da saúde que atuaram de forma interprofissional em uma unidade de saúde ribeirinha para a organização de uma atividade no período alusivo à Semana Mundial de Amamentação, mediante metodologias ativas, a fim de estimular as mães ribeirinhas participantes à amamentação exclusiva, desde o inicio do pré-natal até após o puerpério. A execução da ação planejada de forma coletiva com abordagem interprofissional permitiu a construção de processos de cuidado entre várias profissões, para aprender com os outros e sobre os outros, ampliando as possibilidades de um cuidado integral, superando o isolamento e fragmentação profissional e disciplinar. Ademais, além de fortalecer o vinculo entre mãe e filho, tal atividade permitiu aproximar os profissionais e os alunos com a comunidade, bem como, estimular a aprendizagem familiar e o empoderamento do conhecimento para amamentar. Assim, a vivência dessa experiência indica que a prática de atividades educativas em saúde pautada na interprofissionalidade torna-se um instrumento eficaz de transformação social para além da temática do aleitamento materno, pois revitalizam o cuidado à saúde na atenção primária.

Abstract:
Breastfeeding is an important natural strategy that favors the mother-child binomial, favoring several benefits to the subjects involved in this process. However, early weaning to levels above 50% of lactating women is still common in Brazil. In this scenario, the promotion of actions to encourage breastfeeding by health services and public bodies, through interprofessional education, becomes essential, with the purpose of promoting maternal and child health. The proposed article aims to describe the health promotion activities, through interprofessional education, developed by the students of the ‘PET-Saúde Interprofessionalidade’ Program, together with the professionals of the ‘ESF Ilha do Combu’ with a group of riverside women, with emphasis on the importance of breastfeeding exclusive maternal. This is an experience report lived by students of health courses who worked in an interprofessional way in a riverside health unit to organize an activity in the period alluding to World Breastfeeding Week, through active methodologies, to encourage riparian mothers participating in exclusive breastfeeding, from the beginning of prenatal care until after the puerperium. The execution of the collective action planned with an interprofessional approach allowed the construction of care processes between various professions, to learn from others and about others, expanding the possibilities of comprehensive care, overcoming professional and disciplinary isolation and fragmentation. Furthermore, in addition to strengthening the bond between mother and child, this activity allowed professionals and students to get closer to the community, as well as to encourage family learning and the empowerment of knowledge to breastfeed. Thus, the experience of this experience indicates that the practice of educational health activities based on interprofessionality becomes an effective instrument for social transformation beyond the theme of breastfeeding, as it revitalizes health care in primary care.
