Abstract: A well-structured brand is able to sell itself by using identity building artifacts seen in branding studies. By creating a bond and proximity to the consumer, the brand starts to participate in the personality of that individual, since it connects with its values and principles. The importance of the balanced construction of identity and positioning is essential to justify the link between consumer and company. Storytelling is one of the techniques used to make your audience loyal, connecting them via humanized narratives. It is the role of brand communication to understand how the consumer makes the purchase decision process to present the intrinsic elements for the purchase that will make the connection between company and consumer.
