A IMPORTÂNCIA DA AUDITORIA EM ENFERMAGEM PARA AS INSTITUIÇÕES DE SAÚDE
A auditoria em saúde é caracterizada como uma referência para a avaliação da relação custo-benefício na Sistematização de Assistência de Enfermagem, e representa importante instrumento de controle de qualidade da assistência prestada. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar, na literatura, a importância da auditoria na enfermagem e sua contribuição para melhorar a qualidade do serviço em saúde. Foi realizada uma revisão de literatura, tendo, como método, o estudo descritivo. Considerou-se o período entre 2015 e 2022, selecionando-se 8 textos em língua portuguesa, originais e de revisão. Os resultados mostraram que a auditoria de enfermagem é uma ferramenta para avaliar a qualidade dos serviços de enfermagem recebidos pelos pacientes, pois permite elevar a qualidade da formação ensino-assistencial e a competência da equipe de enfermagem. As auditorias permitem que as equipes multidisciplinares revisem criticamente as práticas de enfermagem, identifiquem fragilidades, alcancem planos de melhoria com vistas à acreditação em suas diferentes categorias, promovam o uso necessário de protocolos e intervenções educativas com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade da assistência prestada aos pacientes.

Abstract:
The health audit is characterized as a reference for the evaluation of the cost-benefit ratio in the Systematization of Nursing Care and represents an important instrument for quality control of the care provided. The reason for this study is to identify, in the literature, the role of auditing in nursing and its contribution to improving the quality of health services. A literature review was carried out, using the descriptive study as a method. The period between 2015 and 2022 was considered, selecting 8 texts in Portuguese, original and review. The results showed that the nursing audit is a tool to assess the quality of nursing services received by patients, as it allows raising the quality of teaching-care training and the competence of the nursing team. Audits allow multidisciplinary teams to critically review nursing practices, identify weaknesses, reach improvement plans with a view to accreditation in their different categories, promote the necessary use of educational protocols and interventions with the aim of improving the quality of care provided to patients.
