A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO PARA A PREVENÇÃO DA LESÃO POR PRESSÃO (LPP) NAS UNIDADES DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA
Introdução: este trabalho tem por objeto a importância da atuação do enfermeiro para a prevenção da lesão por pressão (LPP), nas Unidades de Terapia Intensiva. Para que
exista uma prevenção de LPP eficaz, é preciso que um conjunto de ações e medidas seja implementada, como estabilização do quadro do paciente, nutrição, controle das comorbidades existentes, idade e oxigenação. Justificativa: Considerando as informações preliminares, esta pesquisa justifica-se pela magnitude da ocorrência de LPP no paciente de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva. Portanto, a união da equipe multidisciplinar será essencial para a prevenção, com utilização de novas práticas assistenciais para melhor atendimento ao paciente. Objetivo: Descrever as ações que o enfermeiro deve implementar junto a sua equipe, para prevenir a incidência de LPP nas UTI. Analisar a importância do enfermeiro para a prevenção da incidência de
LPP na Unidade de terapia Intensiva (UTI). Revisão de literature: nesse momento a pesquisa se aprofundou no conhecimento da segurança de paciente que visa prevenir e reduzir a incidência de eventos adversos relacionados com os cuidados de saúde, promovendo melhorias relacionados à qualidade dos cuidados e a segurança do paciente em diferentes áreas de atenção, organização e gestão de serviços de saúde (BRASIL, 2013). Metodologia: o presente estudo é uma Revisão de Integrativa (RI) de caráter exploratório, foram utilizados como critério os artigos que abordava a tematica em questão e foram utilizado como critério de exclusão os artgos que não abordava a tematica em questão. Resultado esperado; Para que as LPPs não se concretizem, fazem-se necessárias algumas ações, tais como: executar protocolos para essa prevenção e formar profissionais a fim de identificarem possíveis riscos a esses pacientes. conclusão Faz-se necessário que o enfermeiro tenha maior atenção na admissão e avaliação diária da pele e das condições do paciente, conscientizando a si e também sua equipe sobre suas responsabilidades quanto ao tema em discussão. Nesse sebtido, é importante lembrar que a realização de ações preventivas

Abstract:
THE IMPORTANCE OF NURSES PERFORMANCE FOR THE PREVENTION OF PRESSURE INJURY (LPP) IN THE INTENSIVE CARE UNITS
Introduction: this work has as its object the importance of the role of nurses in the prevention of pressure lesion (PPL) in the Intensive Care Unit. For what for there to be an effective prevention of PPL, it is necessary that a set of actions and measures be implemented, such as stabilization of the patient's condition, nutrition, control of existing comorbidities, age and oxygenation.Justification: Considering the preliminary information, this research is justified by the magnitude of the occurrence of PPL in patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Portanto, a união da equipe multiprofissional será fundamental para a prevenção, com a utilização de novas práticas assistenciais para melhor assistência ao paciente.Objective: To describe the actions that nurses should implement with their team to prevent the incidence of PPL in the ICU. Analyze the importance of nurses for the prevention of the incidence of LPP in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Literature review: at this time, the research deepened in the knowledge of patient safety that aims to prevent and reduce the incidence of adverse events related to health care, promoting improvements related to the quality of care and patient safety in different areas of care, organization and management of health services (BRASIL, 2013).Methodology: this study is an Integrative Review (IR) of exploratory character, as exclusion criteria were used articles that addressed the topic in question and articles that did not address the topic in question. Expected Results: So that the LPPs do not materialize, some actions are necessary, such as: implementing protocols for this prevention and training professionals in order to identify possible risks to these patients.Conclusion: it is necessary for nurses to be more attentive to the admission and daily assessment of the patient's skin and conditions, making themselves and their team aware of their responsibilities regarding the topic under discussion.In this sense, it is important to remember that the performance of preventive actions, as well as the training of its professionals, can increase awareness.
