A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ATENÇÃO FARMACEUTICA NO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE (SUS): COM BASE EM ESTUDOS DE CASO REPORTADOS NA LITERATURA
O presente artigo está voltado à abordagem da farmácia clínica, e passa a compreender um conjunto de ações voltadas para com o paciente, visando à qualidade de vida, conforme a eficácia e segurança dos medicamentos utilizados para determinadas patologias, promovendo o uso racional de medicamentos. Nesse sentido o profissional farmacêutico integrado ao sistema único de saúde (SUS) promove a utilização de serviços farmacêuticos traçando melhorias na inspeção de eventos adversos, minimizando os riscos, atenuando os custos de tratamentos tornando-o indispensável na equipe de saúde. O objetivo desse artigo é compreender e analisar a importância da atenção farmacêutica proporcionando um melhor desenvolvimento na farmacoterapia do paciente. A metodologia consistiu em uma revisão de literatura para pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem descritiva, com 30 artigos selecionados adequados aos critérios de inclusão, e 12 artigos excluídos que descumpriram os parâmetros definidos, utilizando-se de dos descritores atenção farmacêutica, farmacêutico no SUS, farmácia clínica. De forma conclusiva, tem-se que o uso racional de medicamentos promoveu segurança, efetividade e garantia de uma boa farmacoterapia para o paciente supervisionado pelo farmacêutico inserido no SUS, sendo a atenção farmacêutica a peça-chave para a engrenagem deturpando informações erradas relacionados aos medicamentos e permitindo melhor adesão ao tratamento.

Abstract:
This article is focused on the clinical pharmacy approach, which comprises a set of actions aimed at the patient, aiming at the quality of life, according to the effectiveness and safety of the medicines used for certain pathologies, promoting the rational use of medicines. . In this sense, the pharmaceutical professional integrated into the unified health system (SUS) promotes the use of pharmaceutical services by outlining improvements in the inspection of adverse events, minimizing risks, mitigating the costs of treatments, making them indispensable in the health team. The objective of this article is to understand and analyze the importance of pharmaceutical care providing a better development in the patient's pharmacotherapy. The methodology consisted of a literature review for bibliographical research with a descriptive approach, with 30 selected articles suitable for the inclusion criteria, and 12 excluded articles that did not comply with the defined parameters, using the two descriptors pharmaceutical care, pharmacist in the SUS, clinical pharmacy. Conclusively, the rational use of medicines promoted safety, effectiveness and the guarantee of good pharmacotherapy for the patient supervised by the pharmacist inserted in the SUS, with pharmaceutical care being the key piece in the gear, distorting wrong information related to medicines and allowing better adherence to treatment.
