A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ASSISTÊNCIA MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO PRÉ-NATAL DA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A assistência multiprofissional no pré-natal da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) caracteriza-se por ações voltadas à gestante com o propósito de assegurar um desenvolvimento saudável ao binômio, considerando os aspectos culturais e psicossociais para à garantia de um parto isento dos riscos. Dessa maneira, tem-se como objetivo principal: relatar a importância da assistência multiprofissional no pré-natal da ESF. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, desenvolvido a partir de vivências das consultas multiprofissionais e do grupo de gestante, realizados por residentes da odontologia, psicologia, assistência social, nutrição, fisioterapia e enfermagem, na Unidade de Saúde da Família (USF) Aurivaldo Peixoto Sampaio, do município de Itabuna-Bahia. Verificou-se maior confiança das gestantes durante todo o acompanhamento pré-natal, ampliação do empoderamento sobre temáticas pouco discutidas, melhor compreensão sobre as mudanças corporais, maior vínculo com a equipe de residentes, conhecimento e compreensão dos direitos sociais, segurança quando a escolha da via e sinais de parto, mudança de hábitos alimentares, diminuição de queixas odontológicas e maior atenção quanto ao calendário vacinal, início da puericultura e importância da assistência no puerpério. Conclui-se que é de suma importância uma assistência multiprofissional na assistência pré-natal, ainda no âmbito da atenção primaria, com maior resolutividade, efetividade e humanização.

Abstract:
Multiprofessional assistance in the prenatal care of the Family Health Strategy (FHS) is characterized by actions aimed at pregnant women with the purpose of ensuring a healthy development for the binomial, considering the cultural and psychosocial aspects to guarantee a risk-free delivery. Thus, the main objective is to: report the importance of multiprofessional assistance in the prenatal care of the FHS. This is an experience report, developed from experiences of the multiprofessional consultations and the group of pregnant women, carried out by residents of dentistry, psychology, social assistance, nutrition, physiotherapy and nursing, at the Family Health Unit (USF) Aurivaldo Peixoto Sampaio, from the municipality of Itabuna-Bahia. There was a greater confidence of pregnant women throughout the prenatal care, expansion of empowerment on topics little discussed, better understanding of body changes, greater bond with the team of residents, knowledge and understanding of social rights, security when choosing the route and signs of childbirth, change in eating habits, decrease in dental complaints and greater attention to the vaccination schedule, beginning of childcare and the importance of assistance in the puerperium. We conclude that multiprofessional assistance in prenatal care is of utmost importance, even within the scope of primary care, with greater resolution, effectiveness and humanization.
