A IMPLANTAÇÃO DO TERMO CIRCUNSTÂNCIADO DE OCORRÊNCIA (TCO) NA POLÍCIA MILITAR DO ESTADO DE RONDÔNIA: uma analise dos benefícios e dificuldades de sua confecção no policiamento ostensivo operacional.
Este artigo tem como objeto de estudo a implantação do Termo Circunstanciado de Ocorrência (TCO) no âmbito da polícia militar do estado de Rondônia, tendo como objetivo geral fazer uma analise dos benefícios e possíveis dificuldades trazidas com sua confecção pelos profissionais de policiamento ostensivo operacional. Para atingir esse objetivo, procura-se discorrer sobre o assunto, demonstrando como é realizado o funcionamento paradigmático de
atendimento de ocorrências pelos órgãos de segurança pública, bem como apresentar dados que demonstrem os resultados do ultrapassado entendimento que defende a impossibilidade (inconstitucionalidade/ilegalidade) da confecção do Termo circunstanciado pela policia Militar.
Com discordância desse entendimento, procura-se ainda ratificar, com base legal e doutrinaria a legalidade da lavratura do referido Termo no âmbito da Policia Militar do Estado de Rondônia, defendendo ainda a viabilidade na utilização desta ferramenta fazendo referencia à nova visão da Gestão da segurança publica que busca efetividade junto à eficiência.

Abstract:
This article has as object of study an implementation of the Circumstantiated Term of Occurrence (TCO) within the scope of the military police of the state of Rondônia, with the objective of making general an analysis of the benefits and possible difficulties brought about with its manufacture by the operational ostensible policing professional. To achieve this objective, seek disagree on the subject, demonstrating how the paradigmatic functioning of of occurrences by public security agencies, as well as presenting data that demonstrate the results of the outdated principle that defending an impossibility (unconstitutionality/illegality) of the elaboration of the detailed Term by the Military Police.
Disagreeing with this understanding, it is still sought to ratify, on a legal and doctrinal basis, the legality of the drafting of the aforementioned Term within the scope of the State Military Police
Rondônia, also defending the feasibility of using this tool referring to the new vision of public security that seeks management together with efficiency. -
