A IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UMA RESIDÊNCIA MULTIPROFISSIONAL EM SAÚDE MENTAL AUTOGERIDA: DESAFIOS E POTENCIALIDADES NA PERSPECTIVA DOS TUTORES
Tradicionalmente as Residências Multiprofissionais são realizadas em Instituições de Ensino, porém, trazendo para o contexto de uma Autarquia de Saúde, que por natureza não é uma instituição de ensino, essa tarefa é ainda mais árdua, porém com algumas potencialidades. O objetivo deste estudo foi refletir sobre essa construção em um município de pequeno porte do interior do Paraná. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, em que a técnica de coleta das subjetividades foi a do grupo focal com quatro tutores que implantaram o Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Mental do município. Para a análise do material coletado foi utilizada a análise de discurso que considera a interdiscursividade: uma fala individual como carregada de vários sujeitos e de um contexto histórico/ideológico. Os resultados foram agrupados em categorias: fragilidades e potencialidades na implantação da residência. Conclui-se que a construção de uma residência nesses moldes, tem que ser realizada democraticamente, envolvendo necessariamente residentes, preceptores, tutores e comunidade devido aos desafios colocados cotidianamente.

Abstract:
Traditionally, Multiprofessional Residencies are carried out in Teaching Institutions, however, bringing to the context of a Health Authority, which by nature is not a teaching institution, this task is even more arduous, but with some potential. The aim of this study was to reflect on this construction in a small town in the interior of Paraná. This is a qualitative study, in which the technique of collecting subjectivities was the focus group with four tutors who implemented the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Mental Health in the city. For the analysis of the collected material, discourse analysis was used, which considers interdiscursiveness: an individual speech as loaded with various subjects and a historical/ideological context. The results were grouped into categories: weaknesses and potential in the implementation of the residence. It is concluded that the construction of a residence along these lines has to be done democratically, necessarily involving residents, tutors, tutors and the community due to the daily challenges.
