A IMPLANTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇO DE ASSISTÊNCIA À SAÚDE DE ADOLESCENTES COM TEA
O Adolescentro é um Centro
especializado no atendimento à saúde mental
infantojuvenil com equipe multidisciplinar.
É referência para todo o Distrito Federal
(DF). Integra à Rede SUS na atenção
especializada e passou a assistir adolescentes
com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA)
em 2017. O TEA abrange uma desordem
do neurodesenvolvimento que acomete
principalmente pacientes do sexo masculino.
Este transtorno caracteriza-se pela deficiência
na comunicação e interação social, padrões
restritos e repetitivos de comportamento, com
hiper ou hiporeatividade a estímulos sensoriais,
podendo acarretar algumas dificuldades no
atendimento ambulatorial. O Adolescentro atua
oferecendo atendimento para os adolescentes
em seu contexto familiar. Para isso, foi
necessário criar uma linha de cuidados do TEA
dentro do Adolescentro. Propôs-se trabalhar
em equipe multidisciplinar para o diagnóstico
e intervenção no TEA. O trabalho com os
adolescentes é realizado prioritariamente em
grupo. O objetivo é treinar as habilidades sociais
e instrumentais da vida diária. Concomitante ao
grupo de adolescentes, ocorreu o grupo de pais.
Nele, trabalhou-se as questões relacionadas
com a adolescência e psicoeducação. Após
as consultas, foram realizadas intervisões
entre as duas equipes para discutir os casos.
Os adolescentes encaminhados ao grupo
INTERAÇÃO participaram de 21 encontros, de
2 horas cada, com temas estabelecidos para
cada encontro. Após a realização dos encontros
do grupo INTERAÇÃO, observou-se ganho
de habilidade social, maior participação na realização das atividades propostas e amizade entre os adolescentes. Dessa forma,
os resultados obtidos demonstraram o sucesso da implantação desse novo serviço e
incentivou sua continuação.

Abstract:
The Adolescentro is a Mental Health Center for adolescents and its
staff is a multidisciplinary team. As a Specialized Center it’s reference for the whole
Distrito Federal (DF). It’s part of national public health system, known as SUS, in the
specialized health care field. In 2017 it started to assist Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD) adolescents. The ASD cover a neurodevelopment disorder that mainly affects
male gender. This disorder has as feature the communication and social skills deficits,
repetitive behavior patterns, hyper or hypo reactive to sensory stimulus, it may lead
difficulties at outpatient treatment. The Adolescentro offers treatment for adolescents,
covering their family context. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a care line for
ASD at Adolescentro. It has set itself to work as multidisciplinary team to diagnose
and to interventions for ASD. The work with adolescents is mainly done in group. The
goal is to train the social skills and day-to-day activities. Concomitantly to the group
of adolescents, it was performed the parent’s group. It approached the adolescence
and psychoeducation related points. After the consultations, both group staff teams
interchanged themselves to discuss the cases. The adolescents forwarded to the
INTERAÇÃO group participated at 21 meetings, 2 hours and one theme for each one.
After the accomplishment of the meetings of INTERAÇÃO group, it was noticed social
skill improvements, better activities participation and they were enjoying each other.
Thus, the achieved results evidence the success of this new service implementation
and incentivized it continuation.
