A HUMANIZAÇÃO DO ATENDIMENTO DE ENFERMAGEM A MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL
INTRODUÇÃO: A violência sexual é considerada como uma experiência de grande impacto negativo e traumático na vida das vítimas, causando dor, sofrimento, tal ato causa grandes repercussões na saúde física e emocional das vítimas, bem como alterações na vida produtiva e social. Deste modo, o presente estudo busca evidenciar na literatura a importância da ação humanista no atendimento de enfermagem prestado a mulheres vítimas de violência sexual, bem como descrever as ações de humanização e sua aplicabilidade durante a assistência, de modo a enfatizar o papel da enfermagem frente a observância de diretrizes de atendimento e procedimentos preconizados pela Política Nacional de Humanização e o Programa Mulher Viver Sem Violência. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura com caráter descritivo. A elaboração da pergunta norteadora visou o alcance de resultados relevantes na área da saúde da mulher.RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: O cuidado de enfermagem a mulheres que sofreram esse tipo de violência deve ser bastante humanizado e individualizado, ter um olhar diferenciado, deve ser tirada qualquer dúvida, ganhar confiança, garantir um bom acolhimento, escuta qualificada a paciente, não fazer nenhum tipo de julgamento, para então ser criado um vínculo e assim, o profissional conseguirá promover o melhor atendimento possível, promovendo a segurança, proteção e conforto. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Sabe-se que a Enfermagem está presente em todos os momentos, desde o acolhimento até o acompanhamento, por isso que é preciso prestar um atendimento de qualidade e humanizado a paciente que foi violentada, já que a falta disso pode causar o afastamento da mulher com os serviços de saúde.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Sexual violence is considered to be an experience of great negative and traumatic impact on the lives of the victims, causing pain and suffering, such an act has great repercussions on the physical and emotional health of the victims, as well as changes in the productive and social life. Thus, the present study seeks to highlight in the literature the importance of humanistic action in nursing care provided to women victims of sexual violence, as well as to describe humanization actions and their applicability during care, in order to emphasize the role of nursing in the face of the observance of service guidelines and procedures recommended by the National Humanization Policy and the Programa Mulher Viver Sem Violência. METHODOLOGY: This is a bibliographic search, of the type of integrative literature review with a descriptive character. The elaboration of the guiding question aimed at achieving relevant results in the area of women's health.RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Nursing care for women who have suffered this type of violence must be very humanized and individualized, have a different look, any doubt, gain confidence, guarantee a good reception, qualified listening to the patient, do not make any kind of judgment, so that a bond will be created and thus, the professional will be able to promote the best possible service, promoting safety, protection and comfort. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: It is known that Nursing is present at all times, from the reception to the follow-up, that is why it is necessary to provide quality and humanized care to the patient who has been raped, since the lack of this can cause withdrawal of women with health services.
