A HISTÓRIA DA MATEMÁTICA ABORDADA EM UMA COLEÇÃO DE LIVROS DIDÁTICOS
Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a abordagem da história da matemática apresentada na coleção de Livros Didáticos de Matemática dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental mais adotada na rede pública da cidade de São Vivente Férrer. Embasamos nossa revisão da literatura em diversos autores, como, Brasil (1998), Lopes e Ferreira (2013), Silveira (2015), Pereira (2016), e outros, salientando a relevância da história da matemática e do Livro Didático para a construção do conhecimento matemático. Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa documental com abordagem qualitativa, na qual investigou-se a coleção de Livros Didáticos intitulada Matemática Compreensão e prática. Os resultados deste estudo indicaram que a história da matemática se apresenta nos diversos capítulos dos Livros Didáticos. Apesar disso, considerando os blocos de conhecimentos propostos por Brasil (1998) o que mais se destaca na abordagem de aspectos históricos é o bloco de números e operações.

Abstract:
This research had as general objective to analyze the approach of the history of mathematics presented in the collection of Didactic Books of Mathematics of the final years of Elementary School most adopted in the public network of the city of São Vivente Férrer. We base our review of literature on several authors, such as Brazil (1998), Lopes and Ferreira (2013), Silveira (2015), Pereira (2016), and others, highlighting the relevance of the history of mathematics and the Didactic Book for construction of mathematical knowledge. Methodologically, this is a documentary research with a qualitative approach, in which the collection of Didactic Books entitled Mathematics Understanding and practice was investigated. The results of this study indicated that the history of mathematics is presented in the various chapters of Didactic Books. In spite of this, considering the blocks of knowledge proposed by Brazil (1998), what stands out most in the approach of historical aspects is the block of numbers and operations.
