A HISTÓRIA DA EDUCAÇÃO E A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE EM GOIÁS
O presente trabalho encontrase
vinculado aos estudos e pesquisas (em
andamento) sobre a História da Educação
goiana, na primeira metade do século XX. O
estudo se orienta pelos objetivos de: explicitar
e compreender o processo a formação docente
em Goiás. Nesse sentido, o texto tem ainda
como propósito analisar a vinda da Missão
Pedagógica Paulista para Goiás, a atuação
desse grupo de professores, suas influências,
assim como do movimento da Escola Nova, seus
marcos históricos, relacionando sua atuação
junto à formação de professores nesse recanto
do país. Para a realização da pesquisa que
estamos desenvolvendo, partimos das fontes
encontradas no Arquivo Estadual do Estado de
Goiás, localizado em Goiânia e na Fundação
Educacional – Casa Frei Simão Dorvi, localizada
na Cidade de Goiás. Serão lidas à luz dos
referenciais teóricos e metodológicos da Nova
História e História Cultural, para as análise sobre
a educação goiana, mais precisamente sobre a
formação docente e a compreensão do modelo
formativo proposto pelo governo do Estado de
Goiás, durante a primeira metade do século
XX, explicitados em documentos como: leis,
decretos, regulamentos da instrução pública,
periódicos locais e mensagens dos Presidentes
do Estado por constituírem valiosas fontes de
pesquisa e de análise do objeto. A partir dos
estudos realizados até o presente momento é
possível perceber que a educação goiana foi
fortemente influenciada pelo movimento da
Escola Nova.

Abstract:
The present study is linked to
studies and research (in progress) on the
History of Education in Goiás in the first half
of the twentieth century. The study is guided
by the following objectives: clarifying and
understanding the process of teacher education
in Goiás. In this sense, the text also intends to
analyze the coming of the Paulista Pedagogical
Mission to Goiás, the performance of this
group of teachers, its influences, as well as
the movement of the New School, its historical
landmarks, relating its work with the education
of teachers in this part of the country. In order to
carry out the research we are developing here, we start with the sources found in the
Archive of the State of Goiás, located in Goiânia, and in the Educational Foundation
- Casa Frei Simão Dorvi, located in the city of Goiás. They also give us theoretical
contributions to analyze and understand periods, customs, feelings, among other
traces. They will be read in the light of the theoretical and methodological references
of the New History and Cultural History, for the analysis of education in Goiás, more
precisely on teacher education and the understanding of the formative model proposed
by the Goiás State government during the first half of the twentieth century, explained
in documents such as laws, decrees, regulations of public instruction, local periodicals
and messages of Presidents of the State for being valuable sources of research and
analysis of the object. From the studies conducted up to the present moment, it is
possible to perceive that education in Goiás was strongly influenced by the New School
movement.
