A HISTÓRIA DA DISCIPLINA DE DIDÁTICA NO INSTITUTO DE EDUCAÇÃO “DR. CARDOSO DE ALMEIDA” – BOTUCATU-SP (1953-1975).
Nesta pesquisa apresentam-se
resultados da análise que teve como objeto de
estudo os aspectos constitutivos da disciplina de
Didática, do curso de formação de professores
do Instituto de Educação “Cardoso de Almeida”,
entre os anos de 1953 a 1975. Essa pesquisa
desenvolveu-se no âmbito do Programa de
Pesquisa “História da Didática em cursos de
formação de professores no Brasil (1827 à 1911).
Entendemos por disciplina escolar um corpus
de saberes que elaborado, porém por meio da
história das disciplinas escolares poderemos
perceber a materialização da produção desse
conhecimento, materialização essa que dirige
para a investigação da história das disciplinas
escolares que lida com fontes primárias,
como, por exemplo, os manuais didáticos e os
cadernos escolares. A metodologia utilizada
desde o projeto do qual decorreu a pesquisa,
cujos resultados ora apresentamos, delimitouse
buscar responder ao questionamento
mediante investigação sobre os conteúdos
contidos nos manuais didáticos, que teriam
sido estudados pelos professores em formação
inicial no instituto. Quanto às finalidades das
disciplinas, buscamos como referencial teórico
Chervel (1990), acerca do que são “finalidades
reais e finalidades de objetivo”. Concluímos
que o estudo dos manuais para professores
revela que o conteúdo a ser apropriado pelos
professores na disciplina de Didática, era
estabelecido a partir do que Chervel (1990)
denomina de “finalidades de objetivo”, ou
seja, a partir daquilo que as várias instâncias
da sociedade determinam, em detrimento que
esse mesmo teórico denomina de “finalidades
reais”, que determinam o que a escola e seus
sujeitos deveriam eleger para compor as suas
disciplinas.

Abstract:
This research presents results
of the analysis that had as object of study the
constitutive aspects of the didactic discipline of
the teacher training course of the “Cardoso de
Almeida” Institute of Education between the years
1953 to 1975. This research was developed, in
the scope of the Research Program “History of
Didactics in teacher training courses in Brazil (1827-1911). We understand by school
discipline a corpus of knowledge that has been elaborated, but through the history of
the school disciplines we will be able to perceive the materialization of the production
of this knowledge, materialization that directs to the investigation of the history of
the school disciplines that deals with primary sources, , textbooks and schoolbooks.
The methodology used since the project that led to the research, the results of which
we present, were limited to seek to answer the questioning through research on the
contents contained in the didactic manuals, which would have been studied by the
teachers in initial training in the institute. Regarding the aims of the disciplines, we look
for as theoretical reference Chervel (1990), about what are “real purposes and objective
purposes”. We conclude that the study of teachers’ manuals reveals that the content
to be appropriated by teachers in Didactics was established from what Chervel (1990)
calls “objective purposes”, that is, from what the various instances of society determine,
to the detriment that this same theoretician calls “real purposes,” that determine what
the school and its subjects should elect to compose their disciplines.
