A HERMENÊUTICA JURÍDICA E A BUSCA DA DECISÃO EM MEIO A SITUAÇÕES DE CONFLITO”
O presente artigo tem por finalidade
ocupar-se com a hermenêutica jurídica e a
interpretação, ressaltando a decidibilidade
como o ponto fulcral do Direito.
As terminologias da hermenêutica e da
interpretação são comumente empregadas
como de idêntica sinonímia quando, ao revés,
possuem finalidades distintas.
Observa-se que no meio doutrinário são
encontradas técnicas de interpretação que
visam dar suporte e justificativas para as formas
de explanação que, ao final, são polêmicas ao
se discutir o como interpretar, especialmente,
em situações de conflito.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to
deal with legal hermeneutics and interpretation,
highlighting decidability as the focal point of the
Law.
The terminologies of hermeneutics and
interpretation are commonly used as identical
synonymy when, on the contrary, they have
different purposes.
It is observed that in the doctrinaire medium
are found interpretation techniques that aim to
give support and justifications for the forms of
interpretation that, in the end, are controversial
when discussing how to interpret, especially, in
situations of conflict.
