A GUERRA DECLARADA AOS MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS
O presente trabalho parte da assertiva de que o Estado, instituição central e detentora do ius puniendi, é um dos principais atores no processo de neutralização de grupos sociais. Através de seus mecanismos de atuação, estando amparado pelas demais instâncias que representam os players e por toda gramática pautada nos discursos abstratos de “paz, ordem e segurança”, perpetra-se na realidade fática zonas de banimentos dos corpo dóceis, retirando-lhes o reconhecimento e estima social. Isto posto, far-se-á um estudo sobre o Pacote de Lei Anticrime, no afã de evidenciar que o plano normativo, muitas vezes, possui a capacidade de representar interesse dos grupos detentores do poder e, dessa forma, servir como ferramenta fomentadora do fascismo social.

Abstract:
The present work starts from the assertion that the State, central institution and holder of the ius puniendi, is one of the main actors in the process of neutralization of social groups. Through its mechanisms of action, being supported by the other instances that represent the players and by all grammar based on the abstract discourses of “peace, order and security”, the factual zones of banishment of the docile bodies are perpetrated, removing the recognition and social esteem. That said, a study will be done on the Anticrime Law Package, in order to show that the normative plan often has the ability to represent the interests of the power-holding groups and thus serve as a tool. foster of social fascism.
