A GESTÃO ESCOLAR E AS POLÍTICAS EDUCACIONAIS PARA A EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NO BRASIL
O artigo resulta da realização de um estágio curricular supervisionado em gestão escolar, no curso de Pedagogia e tem como objetivo discutir como as políticas educacionais que embasam a Educação Infantil no presente repercutem na organização pedagógica e no funcionamento das Instituições e Unidades de Educação Infantil brasileiras. A partir da vivência de estágio em uma Unidade de Educação Infantil, localizada em Santa Maria/RS foi possível perceber a influência decisiva das políticas públicas no funcionamento da Unidade e a necessidade de reivindicações realizadas pela equipe gestora como via para garantir a permanência de direitos adquiridos no campo da educação infantil. Para a análise pretendida, realizou-se uma pesquisa das políticas públicas que embasam a oferta de Educação Infantil no País, o acompanhamento dos movimentos de gestão escolar na Unidade de Educação Infantil e foi aplicado um questionário semi- estruturado com as famílias das crianças que frequentam a Unidade. Percebeu-se que as políticas não somente influenciam como também regem o desenvolvimento pedagógico das ações realizadas nas Unidades de educação infantil do país trazendo aspectos que precisam ser debatidos a fim de repensar a educação no tempo presente. Nesse sentido, a gestão escolar tem papel central pois instiga o questionamento acerca da finalidade das práticas educativas, promovendo o debate e colocando em ação as proposições oficiais de educação que regem as políticas públicas no Brasil.

Abstract:
The article results from the accomplishment of a supervised curricular internship in school management, in the pedagogy course and aims to discuss how the educational policies that actually underlie the childhood education in the pedagogical organization and the functioning of the Brazilian Institutions and Units of Childhood Education. From the experience of internship in a Childhood Education Unit located in Santa Maria / RS, it was possible to realize the decisive influence of public policies on the operating of the Unit and the need for claims from the management team to ensure the permanence of acquired rights in the field of Childhood Education. To realize the intended analysis, a survey of public policies that support the provision of Childhood Education in the country was conducted, the school management movements in the Childhood Education Unit were monitored and a semi-structured questionnaire was applied to the families of children attending the Unit. It was noticed that the policies not only influence but also govern the pedagogical development of the actions carried out in the Childhood Education units of the country, bringing aspects that need to be debated in order to rethink education in the present time. In this sense, school management plays a central role because it instigates the question about the purpose of educational practices, promoting debate and putting into action the official propositions of education that govern public policies in Brazil.
