A GESTÃO ESCOLAR CIRCUNSCRITA AO ÂMBITO DO CONSUMO DE DROGAS, SEUS EFEITOS NA EDUCAÇÃO DE ADULTOS NA BAHIA: ESTUDO DE CASO NO COLÉGIO ESTADUAL NOVA DE SUSSUARANA, HOJE COM O NOME DE COLÉGIO ESTADUAL DEPUTADO HERCULANO MENEZES
O presente trabalho tem como temática “A gestão escolar circunscrita ao âmbito do consumo de drogas, seus efeitos na educação de adultos na Bahia: estudo de caso no Colégio Estadual Nova de Sussuarana, hoje com o nome de Colégio Estadual Deputado Herculano Menezes”. Para atender o aprofundamento do tema, o estudo buscou identificar e analisar as ações da gestão escolar na escola de adultos, Colégio Estadual Herculano Menezes. A trajetória metodológica foi fundamentada na pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa para adentrar no campo de estudo e identificar a multiplicidade e a subjetividade da realidade e das relações. Foram utilizadas como técnicas de coleta de dados: a observação, o questionário e a entrevista semiestruturada, com o objetivo de interpretar e concluir os dados obtidos. Estes dados foram coletados a partir das entrevistas realizadas com os alunos e a equipe gestora que trabalhou na instituição, e que confirmam a constatação de outros pesquisadores: a escola necessita educar para a prevenção, utilizando-se de ações pedagógicas que permeiem a abordagem educativa nesta temática. A presente pesquisa tem como enfoque, de maneira investigativa, mostrar as ações da gestão escolar diante da implantação de um projeto de prevenção do uso de drogas. Para tanto, busca-se fundamentar, através de revisão bibliográfica, com as contribuições das BNCC dos autores Paulo Freire, Miguel Arroio, José Carlos Libâneo e Moacyr Gadotti, paralelamente alinhados a uma pesquisa de campo a se realizar na unidade escolar mencionada, que atua na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA).

Abstract:
The present work has as its “The school management limited the scop of the use of drugs, their effects on adult education in Bahia: case study on school Estadual Nova de Sussuarana today the name is Colégio Estadual Deputado Herculano Menezes”. To meet this challenge, the study sought to analyze and to determine the actions of school management in adults School Estadual Herculano Menezes. The methodological path was based on qualitative and quantittive research to enter the field of study and identify the multiplicity and subjectivity of the realites and relations. They were used as data colletion techniques: observation, the questionnaire and semi-structured interview, with the aim to interpret and to complete the data obtained. That data obtained from the interviews with students and team manager that work in the institution ad to confirm the findings of others researchers: the school needs to for the prevention with pedagociacal educate actions that permeates the approach education on this theme. This research has as focus, investigative manner, to show the actions that the school management on the implementation of a project of prevention of drug use. To this end we seek to describe a literature review with the contributions of the PCNs and authors Paulo Freire, Miguel Arroio, José Carlos Libâneo, Moacyr Gadotti as the same time aligned to a field research to be held in the school unit mentioned in the EJA.
