A GEOMETRIA ESTIMULANDO O PROCESSO DE ENSINO E APRENDIZAGEM NO ENSINO MÉDIO
A geometria espacial trabalha com o estudo da geometria no espaço, isto é, o estudo de relações existentes entre esses elementos no espaço tridimensional, utilizada desde a Pré-história. Como as outras ciências, a geometria demonstra as leis sociais e representa um instrumento importante para o conhecimento do mundo e domínio da natureza. O ensino sempre é realizado de maneira superficial e sem ligação com objetos reais e concretos do dia a dia dos alunos. Sendo assim, entende-se que a geometria não deve ser considerada apenas como o estudo de retângulos, segmentos de reta e assim por diante, mas sim ser estudada de forma profunda para que o conteúdo vá ao encontro da realidade concreta do aluno. Dessa maneira, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo despertar no aluno o interesse pelo conhecimento geométrico, desenvolvendo e melhorando habilidades matemáticas relacionadas a situações do cotidiano, além de demonstrar como esses conteúdos teóricos podem ser aplicados na vida prática do educando, a fim de diminuir dificuldades através das situações do cotidiano. Nesse sentido, a tarefa do professor comprometido com o ensino, especialmente o de matemática, vai além de propor problemas com meras aplicações de fórmulas, visto que ele deve dar condições para que os alunos consigam aumentar a compreensão sobre o espaço que está ao seu redor através de experiências concretas.

Abstract:
Spatial geometry works with the study of geometry in space, that is, the study of existing relationships between these elements in three-dimensional space, used since Prehistory. Like the other sciences, geometry demonstrates social laws and represents an important tool for world knowledge and mastery of nature. Teaching is always carried out superficially and without connection with real and concrete objects of the students' daily life. Thus, it is understood that geometry should not be considered only as the study of rectangles, straight segments and so on, but rather be studied in depth so that the content meets the concrete reality of the student. In this way, this research aims to awaken in the student the interest in geometric knowledge, developing and improving mathematical skills related to everyday situations, and to demonstrate how these theoretical contents can be applied in the student's practical life, in order to reduce difficulties through of everyday situations. In this sense, the task of the teacher committed to teaching, especially that of mathematics, goes beyond proposing problems with mere applications of formulas, since it must provide conditions for students to increase their understanding of the space around them through concrete experiences. -
