A FUNÇÃO DO ADVOGADO PERANTE A SOCIEDADE E ASPECTO SUI GENERIS DO SEU MANDATO
A imagem do operador do Direito diante da sociedade brasileira, e a sua responsabilidade ante o mandato assumido perante o cliente, com suas consequências para a classe, foi o objeto desta pesquisa. Com o objetivo de investigar meios para manter a honradez da classe à qual a Constituição Federal confere, no seu artigo 133, e que parece estar prejudicada, não apenas no ambiente jurídico como na sociedade em geral, utilizou-se metodologicamente de revisão da literatura em livros, repertórios jurisprudenciais e coletâneas legais para, à luz da legislação e da doutrina, das condutas que devem ser evitadas para que o advogado seja sempre o profissional que persegue conquistar de forma maximizada a capacitação para o manejo das normas técnicas do Direito para ter, na finalização do seu mandato, um resultado o mais próximo possível da Justiça.

Abstract:
The image of the Law operator before Brazilian society, and his responsibility before the mandate assumed before the client, with its consequences for the class, was the object of this research. In order to investigate ways to maintain the honor of the class to which the Federal Constitution confers, in its article 133, and which seems to be impaired, not only in the legal environment but in society in general, a literature review was made in books, repertoires jurisprudential and legal collections for, in the light of legislation and doctrine, of the conducts that must be avoided so that the lawyer is always the professional who seeks to maximize the training to handle the technical norms of the Law to have, at the end of the his mandate, a result as close as possible to Justice.
