A FRONTEIRA ENTRE A INTERTEXTUALIDADE E O PLÁGIO: ANÁLISE DE UM CASO NA LITERATURA CONTEMPORÂNEA
O aumento do acesso a obras,
tanto literárias quanto não-literárias, trouxe
diversas mudanças para a prática da escrita,
tais como o compartilhamento de arquivos e a
democratização do ato de escrever. No entanto,
pode também ter tanto facilitado o plágio
quanto fornecido ferramentas de verificação de
autoria. Nesse contexto, o plágio destaca-se
ao remeter a questões éticas envolvendo autor
e leitor. Diante disso, o objetivo deste artigo
é discutir o que faz um texto ser considerado
plágio, a partir de referencial teórico, a fim de
refletir sobre onde fica a fronteira entre o plágio
e a intertextualidade. Além disso, destacam-se
possíveis implicações e consequências dessa
prática. Para isso, este estudo analisa um caso
de plágio literário, e faz uma reflexão de sua
relação com os conceitos estudados.

Abstract:
The increase in the access to
books, both literary and non-literary, brought
with them many changes for the writing practice,
such as the sharing of documents and the
democratization of the act of writing. However,
it might have also both facilitated plagiarism
and provided tools to verify authorship. In
this setting, plagiarism stands out by relating
to ethical issues involving writer and reader.
Hence, the objective of this article is to discuss
what makes a text to be considered plagiarism,
based on theoretical background, in order to
consider where the frontier between plagiarism
and intertextuality stands. It also highlights the
possible implications and consequences of this
practice. For that, this study analyzes a case of
literary plagiarism, and reflects on how it relates
with the concepts studied.
