A FORMAÇÃO PEDAGÓGICA EM SERVIÇO DE DOCENTES BACHARÉIS E TECNÓLOGOS NO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO CEARÁ: ENTRE O DITO E O VIVIDO
No âmbito da educação profissional do sistema federal de ensino, observam-se alguns desacordos da legislação no tocante à formação do docente que atua simultaneamente na educação básica e superior. Enquanto a LDB exige a formação mínima de licenciado para atuar no ensino médio e no mínimo pós-graduação lato sensu para os docentes que atuam em cursos de graduação, a Lei nº 12.772/2012, que trata dos perfis dos docentes que podem ser contratados para atuar nos institutos federais, exige destes somente uma graduação, gerando a necessidade permanente de formação pedagógica para os docentes recém contratados. Neste contexto, o IFCE ofertou, entre 2016 e 2018, uma formação pedagógica em serviço para os docentes bacharéis e tecnólogos da instituição, a qual se constitui objeto de análise deste trabalho, que tem por objetivo avaliá-la tanto do ponto de vista das questões que dificultaram sua execução quanto dos resultados obtidos nas práticas dos docentes após realização do curso, sem desconsiderar as suas potencialidades. Por meio de consulta realizada aos docentes egressos do curso, mesmo que de forma preliminar, foi possível verificar que o curso atendeu às expectativas do aluno docente no que dizia respeito: (i) à contribuição para o desenvolvimento e aprofundamento de conteúdos didáticos-pedagógicos voltados para EPT; (ii) à sua reflexão quanto à prática adotada; e (iii) à melhoria da sua atuação nessa modalidade de ensino e de seu desenvolvimento profissional. Os dados apresentados sugerem maior aprofundamento da temática, através da continuidade das pesquisas empreendidas.

Abstract:
Within the scope of professional education in the federal education system, there are some disagreements in the legislation regarding the training of teachers who work simultaneously in basic and higher education. While LDB requires minimum training of graduates to work in high school, and at least post-graduate lato sensu for teachers working in undergraduate courses, Law nº 12.772 / 2012 – which deals with the profiles of teachers who can be hired to work in federal institutes – requires only a degree from them, generating the permanent need of pedagogical training for newly hired teachers. In this context, IFCE offered, between 2016 and 2018, an in-service pedagogical training for the institution's bachelor teachers and technologists, which is the object of analysis of this work, that aims to evaluate it both from the point of view of the issues which hindered its execution, as well as the results obtained in the teachers' practices after completing the course, without disregarding its potential. Through a consultation with the professors who graduated from the course, even if on a preliminary basis, it was possible to verify that the course met the expectations of the teaching students regarding to: (i) the contribution to the development and deepening of didactic-pedagogical contents aimed at EPT; (ii) its reflection on the adopted practice; and (iii) its improvement on performance in this teaching modality and professional development. The data presented suggests further deepening of the theme, through the continuity of the research undertaken.
