A FORMAÇÃO PARA A CIDADANIA NOS PROJETOS POLÍTICOS PEDAGÓGICOS DE ESCOLAS TÉCNICAS: contribuições para a educação profissional da classe trabalhadora
A formação para a cidadania é um dos objetivos da Educação Profissional no Brasil. Os documentos oficiais que regem esta modalidade de ensino destacam uma formação para a cidadania liberal, ou seja, para atender o mercado de trabalho, revelando a necessidade de estudos que respondam se as escolas, por meio de seus Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPPs), transcendem a formalização destes documentos e formam para além desta cidadania burguesa. Este trabalho tem como objetivo discriminar e analisar diferentes concepções de Educação Profissional: a oficial do Estado e a que nasce dos próprios trabalhadores através dos movimentos sociais em parceria com instituições públicas de ensino. Analisa-se os PPPs de uma Escola Técnica do Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza (CEETEPS) e de uma Escola do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST), buscando responder qual PPP, em uma sociedade capitalista, rompe com a formação para a cidadania liberal da classe trabalhadora. Por meio de análise de documentos e entrevistas, considera-se que, mesmo havendo semelhanças naquilo que está formalizado nos documentos oficiais do Estado, a pedagogia focada no trabalho, na gestão democrática e na auto-organização dos alunos da escola do MST, contribui numa ação “contra a cidadania burguesa” presente nas práticas formativas da escola capitalista.

Abstract:
Training for citizenship is one of the objectives of Professional Education in Brazil. The official documents that govern this modality of education highlight a training for liberal citizenship, that is, to serve the labor market, revealing the need for studies to answer whether schools, through their Pedagogical Political Projects (PPPs), transcend the formalization of these documents and form beyond this bourgeois citizenship. This work aims to discriminate and analyze different conceptions of Professional Education: the official one of the State and the one that comes from the workers themselves through social movements in partnership with public educational institutions. The PPPs of a Technical School of the Paula Souza State Center for Technological Education (CEETEPS) and of a School of the Landless Rural Workers Movement (MST) are analyzed, seeking to answer which PPP, in a capitalist society, breaks with training for the liberal citizenship of the working class. Through the analysis of documents and interviews, it is considered that, even with similarities in what is formalized in official State documents, the pedagogy focused on work, democratic management and self-organization of students in the MST school, contributes to a action “against bourgeois citizenship” present in the formative practices of the capitalist school.
