A FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR E A LEGISLAÇÃO PERTINENTE À EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA
Este artigo tem por proposta e objetivo a reflexão acerca da problemática da inclusão do aluno com necessidades educacionais específicas sob o ponto de vista da formação docente, analisando ainda se efetivamente as normativas legais têm sido cumpridas em instituições públicas de ensino técnico profissionalizante, no contexto do Instituto Federal de Alagoas-IFAL. Este tema tem sido amplamente debatido por estudiosos da educação, psicologia e psicopedagogia, visto que a inclusão do aluno com necessidades educacionais específicas, sejam elas físicas, mentais, auditivas ou visuais, tem sido uma realidade cada vez mais constante em salas de aula do ensino infantil, fundamental, médio ou superior.

Abstract:
This article proposes and aims to reflect on the issue of inclusion of students with specific educational needs from the point of view of teacher education, also analyzing whether the legal regulations have been effectively complied with in public institutions of vocational technical education, in the context of Federal Institute of Alagoas-IFAL. This topic has been widely debated by scholars of education, psychology and psychopedagogy, since the inclusion of students with specific educational needs, whether physical, mental, auditory or visual, has been an increasingly constant reality in teaching classrooms child, elementary, middle or higher.
