A FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR DE LÍNGUA INGLESA PARA O USO DAS TECNOLOGIAS DA INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO EM SALA DE AULA.
O presente artigo tem o objetivo de analisar a formação do professor de
Língua Inglesa, com enfoque no uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação
(TIC) entendendo como a formação inicial docente trabalha e qualifica para o uso
destas, e como a formação continuada favorece o trabalho do professor neste novo
paradigma. Nesta perspectiva, procuramos compreender como o ensino de Língua
Inglesa atrelado ao uso das TIC em sala de aula pode contribuir para a efetivação de
um ensino e aprendizagem da língua mais real, dinâmico e significativo.
Fundamentados nos estudos que afirmam que as transformações éticas e sociais
ocorridas nas sociedades geram a necessidade de uma formação diversificada de
professores, e que assim sugerem ainda que a formação contínua do docente é
importante, pois pode corrigir distorções da formação inicial e auxiliar nas
transformações necessárias que estejam ocorrendo, tais como o uso das
tecnologias. Deste modo, percebemos que a nova ordem mundial que se desenha a
partir da globalização, e que dissemina o uso das inovações tecnológicas traz à tona
a necessidade de correlacionar o ensino de língua inglesa e o uso das tecnologias
na sala de aula.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the training of the English Language teacher,
focusing on the use of information and communication technologies (ICT),
understanding how the initial teacher training works and qualifies for the use of
these, and how continuing education favors the work of the teacher in this new
paradigm. In this perspective, we seek to understand how the teaching of English
Language linked to the use of ICT in the classroom can contribute to the effectiveness
of a more real, dynamic and significant language teaching and learning. Based on the
studies that affirm that the ethical and social transformations that take place in the
societies generate the need for a diversified formation of teachers, and thus suggest
that the continuous formation of the teacher is important, since it can correct
distortions of the initial formation and assist in the necessary transformations that
are occurring, such as the use of technologies. In this way, we perceive that the new
world order that is drawn from globalization, and that disseminates the use of
technological innovations brings to the fore the need to correlate the teaching of
English language and the use of technologies in the classroom.
