A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA ATUAÇÃO NO ENSINO MÉDIO INTEGRADO À EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
Destaca, em nosso estudo, algumas políticas de formação de professores para atuação no ensino médio técnico, especialmente o Ensino Médio Integrado à Educação Profissional – EMIEP. Propondo a colaborar no entendimento do que vem a ser o EMIEP, explicitando o perfil do professor para atuar neste modelo educacional. Notadamente constata algumas dificuldades entre as quais a alta rotatividade de professores; docentes sem os conhecimentos didáticos para o exercício da profissão e a falta de conhecimento sobre as especificidades do EMIEP. Evidencia a importância da formação básica e continuada e de que o professor atue sempre numa perspectiva crítico-reflexiva.

Abstract:
In our study, it highlights some teacher training policies for acting in technical high school, especially High School Integrated with Professional Education (EMIEP). Proposing to collaborate in the understanding of what EMIEP is, explaining the teacher's profile to work in this educational model. It notes some difficulties, among which the high turnover of teachers; teachers without didactic knowledge for the profession exercise and the lack of knowledge about the specificities of EMIEP. It highlights the importance of basic and continuing education and that the teacher always acts in a critical-reflexive perspective.
