A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA A EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS NAS PESQUISAS STRICTO SENSU DO BRASIL
O objetivo desta pesquisa foi
realizar uma análise crítica de alguns pilares
que delimitam a EJA (Educação de Jovens e
Adultos) destacando o ponto da formação do
educador, que necessita de uma especificidade
para atingir os níveis mais altos de aprendizagem
deste tipo de discentes, destacando a formação
continuada do mesmo. Como metodologia foi
realizada uma análise bibliográfica, ressaltando
algumas significações da educação, e assim
como a formação do educador presente nos
ensinamentos de um público diferenciado
pela sua trajetória de vida. Enaltecendo o
conhecimento deste docente para as causas
sociais que movem a educação e a importância
deste aluno em ter o conhecimento para a vida
e não somente seu letramento. Concluindo que
o educador não pode parar de buscar novos
conhecimentos e metodologias ao elaborar
suas aulas com propósito de que realmente seu
aluno terá os conhecimentos necessários para
o desenvolvimento de sua própria opinião as
questões relativas ao mundo

Keywords: The objective of this research was to perform a critical analysis of some pillars demarcating the EJA (Youth and Adults) highlighting the state of teacher education, which needs a specificity to achieve the highest levels of learning of such students , highlighting the continuing education of it. Methodology as a bibliographical analysis was performed, highlighting some meanings of education, and as well as the formation of this educator in the teachings of a different audience for his life story. Praising the knowledge of teaching to the social causes that drive education and the importance of this student to have the knowledge to life and not only their literacy. Concluding that the teacher can not stop seeking new knowledge and methodologies to prepare their lessons with purpose that really your student will have the knowledge to develop your own opinion matters relating to the world
