Abstract: This article seeks to analyze Higher Education. It presents the following research problem: How can higher education training reach the less favored layers of our society? In view of this, the following specific objectives are sought: Understanding how higher education can contribute to the quality of teaching; Describe advances and difficulties with information and communication Technologies (ICT); Which agents manage to complete training in higher education? Based on this, we also want to discuss the availability of time for these agents to divide this time between work, family and study. At the same time, we also noticed the difficulties that are arising, such as the pandemic itself with Covid 19 and the use of digital technologies, where the resistance of teachers who have not yet mastered the (ICT) is observed, being a demand of the current moment that the agents they need to be prepared with various demands of the labor market, being essential tools witnessed in classes during the pandemic period. This article employs the deductive research method, also using bibliographical and documentary research techniques, consulting lectures, specialized magazines and materials collected via the World Wide Web. the bibliography.
