A FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DO PROFESSOR DE GEOGRAFIA X SEMANA PEDAGÓGICA: UM PROCESSO CONSISTENTE?
Este artigo teve como objetivo a
realização de uma breve revisão bibliográfica
acerca da Formação continuada de
Professores, relacionada ao contexto das
semanas pedagógicas, em especial, a
Formação do Professor de Geografia do ensino
fundamental II. Para isso, pesquisamos as
práticas e finalidades da Formação continuada,
onde questionamos o papel das semanas
pedagógicas e os direcionamentos dados nessa
de formação. Na ocasião, analisar a semana
pedagógica da Rede Municipal de Parnamirim
- RN, em 2017, a qual foi denominada:
jornada pedagógica, a qual teve sua temática
– Ser professor no século XXI (desafios e
perspectivas), ocorrida no período de 20 a 24
de fevereiro de 2017. Voltada a formação dos
professores do ensino Infantil e Fundamental.
Todavia, nossos resultados prévios, permitem
dizer que a Jornada pedagógica, esteve ligada
a uma formação coletiva, com debates e
palestras, sobretudo, de cunho motivacional,
deixando de lado, a elaboração de plano anual,

Abstract:
This article aims to conduct a brief
bibliographical review about continued teacher
education related to the context of pedagogical
weeks, especially to the training of geography
teachers of middle and high school. For this
purpose, this study investigates practices
and goals of continued education process in
which both the role of pedagogical weeks and
directions given in the trainings featured on such
events are questioned. On the occasion, the
pedagogical week promoted by the Municipal
Education System of Parnamirim (RN) in 2017,
denominated pedagogical day, was analyzed
focusing on the training of primary and secondary
school teachers. Such event occurred from
February 20th through 24th, having as main
theme “Being a teacher in the 21st century
(challenges and perspectives)”. Nevertheless,
previous results allow to imply that the
pedagogical journey was related to a collective
education with debates and lectures primarily
motivational, disregarding the elaboration of
the Annual Plan, Political Pedagogical Project
(PPP) or Updates.
