A FORÇA DA PALAVRA: O RAP COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM E VALORIZAÇÃO DA CULTURA AFRO-BRASILEIRA NAS AULAS DE PORTUGUÊS
O presente trabalho tem o
objetivo de destacar a relevância de inserir
as manifestações culturais afro-brasileiras no
processo de ensino-aprendizagem nas aulas
de língua portuguesa, e propõe sua realização
por meio do gênero musical rap. Amparado
pela Lei nº 10.639/03, que torna obrigatório o
ensino sobre História e Cultura Afro-brasileira
na Educação Básica, pretende-se proporcionar
vias que possibilitem o reconhecimento da
importância das letras das músicas de rap
para a afirmação da cultura negra no ambiente
escolar. O gênero musical rap contribui para
a valorização das raízes africanas, pois
reside iterado nas demonstrações culturais
afro-brasileiras. Nele, a força da palavra
cantada, rimada, ritmada e repetitiva alude às
características das sociedades africanas, pois
narra fatos do cotidiano e dos acontecimentos
recorrentes, também prestigia a negritude que
por vezes é repudiada. Com base nas estratégias
de aprendizagem de línguas, sua relação com
o uso da música e seus benefícios, por meio
da revisão bibliográfica, é desenvolvida nesse
trabalho, uma análise sobre como as questões
culturais afro-brasileiras são abordadas nas
aulas de português. Assim, propõe-se acentuar a
compreensão da relevância do estudo da língua
materna a partir de um gênero musical que faz
parte de uma ação de apreciação da cultura
afro-brasileira. Discutem-se as singularidades
da cultura afro-brasileira no trabalho com o rap,
nas aulas de português, para considerar essa
cultura e desenvolver a interculturalidade no
ambiente de ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The present work has the objective
of highlighting the importance of the insertion
of Afro-Brazilian cultural manifestations in
the teaching-learning process in Portuguesespeaking classes, and proposes its realization
through the rap music genre. Still supported
by Law n.10.639/03, which makes teaching
about Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in
Basic Education, it is intended to provide ways
to recognize the importance of the lyrics of
rap music to the affirmation of black culture in
the environment school. The rap music genre
contributes to the appreciation of the African
roots, since it resides iterated in Afro-Brazilian
cultural demonstrations. In it, the force of the alludes to the characteristics of African societies, because it narrates facts of daily life
and recurrent events, it also bears the negritude that is sometimes repudiated. Based
on the strategies of language learning, its relationship with the use of music and its
benefits, through the bibliographic review, is developed in this work, an analysis on
how Afro-Brazilian cultural issues are approached in Portuguese classes. Thus, it is
proposed to accentuate the comprehension of the relevance of the study of the mother
tongue from a musical genre that is part of an appreciation action of Afro-Brazilian
culture. The singularities of the Afro-Brazilian culture in the work with rap, in Portuguese
classes, are discussed to consider this culture and to develop interculturality in the
teaching-learning environment.
