A FERROVIA PARAENSE: UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE ÀS VIOLAÇÕES DE DIREITOS DOS POVOS TRADICIONAIS NA AMAZÔNIA PARAENSE
O presente artigo buscará abordar alguns impactos, características e elementos presente no empreendimento denominado Ferrovia Paraense, bem como seus impactos ao modo de vida tradicional de povos tradicionais e do meio ambiente. Pretendemos identificas os povos, sua categorização pela legislação e pela doutrina, identificando ainda como a Convenção 169 da OIT pode ser utilizada como instrumento de defesa dos direitos territoriais dos povos tradicionais.

Abstract:
This article will seek to address some impacts, characteristics and elements present in the venture called Ferrovia Paraense, as well as its impacts on the traditional way of life of traditional peoples and the environment. We intend to identify peoples, their categorization by legislation and doctrine, also identifying how ILO Convention 169 can be used as an instrument to defend the territorial rights of traditional peoples.
