A FELICIDADE DE SER PROFESSOR NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: AMOR OU OPÇÃO
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender a relevância do professor quanto ao seu profissionalismo na educação infantil, valorando seus desempenhos e satisfação quanto as suas aulas ministradas. Neste aspecto essa pesquisa no tocante a metodologia é de cunho bibliográfico coadunada a experiências vivenciadas por esta pesquisadora durante o período do estágio supervisionado do curso de pedagogia com alunos do período matutino da educação infantil. Nesta caminhada o professor deve se sentir satisfeito e entusiasmado no seu trabalho, pois o mestre, como mediador, é como uma ponte na vida dos seus alunos, que deixará os pontos positivos e as marcas de suas aulas que foram ensinadas. Dos resultados esperados pode-se constatar que um trabalho bem estruturado, planejado e ministrado com amor, trará satisfação para ambos, tanto os discentes como para os docentes, mostrando os meios como o professor tem de mediar, sem deixar as suas aulas se tornarem rotinas.

Abstract:
This research aims to understand the relevance of the teacher regarding his professionalism in early childhood education, valuing his performances and satisfaction regarding his classes. In this aspect, this research in terms of methodology is of a bibliographic nature consistent with the experiences lived by this researcher during the period of the supervised internship of the pedagogy course with students from the early childhood education period. In this journey, the teacher should feel satisfied and enthusiastic in his work, because the teacher, as a mediator, is like a bridge in the life of his students, which will leave the positive points and marks of his classes that were taught. From the expected results, it can be seen that a well-structured work, planned and taught with love, will bring satisfaction to both, both students and teachers, showing the means as the teacher has to mediate, without letting his classes become routine.
