Abstract: This article aims to analyze the potential of Science Fairs as a relevant strategy for promoting and disseminating scientific culture within the early years of elementary education. The methodology is based on a bibliographic review and the analysis of official documents related to the theme, in addition to reporting a pedagogical experience conducted with early years classes through the organization of a Science Fair. The research is justified by the need to reflect on practices that foster the integration of scientific culture into the daily life of schools from the early years of basic education, awakening students' interest in investigation, observation, and the construction of contextualized knowledge. Based on this, the guiding question of this study is: how can a Science Fair contribute to the integration of scientific culture into the school routine of early elementary students? It is expected that this initiative will broaden the perspective on the potential of Science Fairs as tools for scientific literacy and citizenship education.
