A fala de Ulysses Guimarães na promulgação da Constituição Federal de 1988: uma análise bakhtiniana
este capítulo de livro abriga uma
síntese de pesquisa engendrada no Mestrado
em Linguagem e Identidade (Cultura e
Sociedade) da Universidade Federal do Acre –
UFAC, concluída em 2016. Analisamos a fala do
Deputado Federal Ulysses Guimarães quando
ele, na condição de presidente da Assembleia
Nacional Constituinte de 1987-88, promulgou a
atual Constituição Federal do Brasil, de 1988,
em 5 de outubro daquele ano. Pela metodologia
da revisão bibliográfica, com supedâneo nas
ideias do filósofo e linguista russo Mikhail
Bakhtin, analisamos esse discurso político a
partir do que cremos serem as suas principais
partes/significantes. O tema é atual, porquanto
em 2018 a Constituição de 1988 completou 30
anos.

Abstract:
this book chapter contains a
synthesis of research engendered in the
Master’s Degree in Language and Identity
(Culture and Society) of the Federal University of
Acre - UFAC, completed in 2016. We analyze the
speech of Federal Deputy Ulysses Guimarães
when he, as president of the Assembly National
Constitution of 1987-88, promulgated the
current Federal Constitution of Brazil, of 1988,
on october 5 of that year. By the methodology of
the bibliographical revision, based on the ideas
of the russian philosopher and linguist Mikhail
Bakhtin, we analyze this political discourse from
what we believe are its main parts/signifiers.
The theme is current, because in 2018 the
Constitution of 1988 completed 30 years.
