A EXPERIÊNCIA DO EXERCÍCIO DA PARENTALIDADE: UMA ARTICULAÇÃO COM A GESTALT-TERAPIA
O exercício da parentalidade solicita atitudes que são influenciadas por diversos fatores, dentre eles a cultura, mas também tem um aspecto singular, pois outro influenciador é a história de vida de cada um. Assim, a partir de entrevistas, objetivou-se compreender a experiência da parentalidade com crianças na primeira infância, tendo como perspectiva a Gestalt-terapia. Para isso, fez-se uso do método fenomenológico proposto por Amedeo Giorgi, abordando o problema de forma qualitativa com um objetivo exploratório. Na análise dos dados evidenciaram-se cinco unidades significativas: algumas dificuldades encontradas na parentalidade; considerações e reações diante de desobediências; satisfação com a parentalidade; opiniões sobre o que é importante para uma criança; expectativas quanto ao futuro da criança. Com o término da análise, evidenciou-se a necessidade de um trabalho psicoeducativo que objetive possibilitar cuidados mais funcionais, promovendo a saúde mental das partes envolvidas.

Abstract:
The exercise of parenting requires attitudes that are influenced by several factors, including the culture, but it also has a unique aspect, as another influencer is the life story of each one. Thus, from interviews, the aimd was to understand the experience of parenting with children in early childhood, bearing as the prospect of Gestalt therapy. For this, the phenomenological method proposed by Amedeo Giorgi was used, approaching the problem in a qualitative way with an exploratory objective. In the analysis of the data, five significant units were evidenced: Some Difficulties Found in Parenting; considerations and reactions to disobedience; Satisfaction with Parenting; opinions on what is important for a child; expectations about the child's future. With the end of the analysis, the need for psychoeducational work aimed at enabling more functional care was highlighted, promoting the mental health of the parties involved.
