A EXPANSÃO DOS INSTITUTOS DE ENSINO SUPERIOR PRIVADOS E AS TRANSFORMAÇÕES NO TRABALHO DOCENTE
O presente artigo tem como
pressuposto os resultados da expansão dos
Institutos de Ensino Superior (IES) particulares
após a Reforma Universidade de 1968, as
normativas que foram criadas a partir desse
contexto e seus impactos na expansão do
ensino superior nos anos 2000 bem como as
transformações do trabalho docente, entendidas
aqui como a flexibilização da sociedade.
Assim, as novas faculdades se firmaram como
empresas educacionais, sobretudo após a
Constituição de 1988 e a LDB 9394/96 que
deram condições para a abertura deste novo
cenário educacional. Ou seja, a expansão
dos IES privados atraiu investidores para o
promissor mercado de faculdades particulares
com a finalidade de acumular capital. Essas
transformações assinalam uma precarização
das formas de contratação e nas condições de
trabalho e na qualidade do ensino.

Abstract:
The present article has as
presupposition the results of the expansion
of the Institutes of Higher Education after the
University Reform of 1968, the norms that
were created from this context and its impacts
on the expansion of higher education in the
years 2000´s as well as the transformations
of teaching work, understood here as the
flexibilization of society. Thus, the new faculties
were established as educational enterprises,
especially after the 1988 Constitution and LDB
9394/96 that gave conditions for the opening
of this new educational scenario. That is, the
expansion of private attracted investors to the
promising private college market for the purpose
of accumulating capital. These transformations
indicate a precariousness of the forms of hiring
and the working conditions and the quality of the
education
