A EVOLUÇÃO NO TRATAMENTO DE FERIDAS: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
O processo de reparo tecidual é sistêmico e demanda tempo, causando um
grande desconforto no cliente, podendo levá-lo a desacreditar no tratamento. Para que
essa recuperação seja efetiva é necessário oferecer condições para que a lesão possa
cicatrizar adequadamente. Nessa perspectiva, nos últimos anos tem ocorrido uma
evolução tecnológica muito grande no desenvolvimento de coberturas e produtos no
tratamento de feridas. O objetivo desse estudo foi discutir sobre as novas tecnologias
no tratamento de feridas.Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica. Utilizaram-se as bases
de dados das plataformas online: BIREME, LILACS e SCIELLOforam utilizados os
seguintes descritores: (tecnologia) e (tratamentos de feridas). Comocritérios de inclusão
estabeleceu-se o recorte temporal 2010-2016, onde foram listados 58 artigos e após a
filtragem foram selecionados 8 artigos.Os tratamentos para as feridas estão cada vez
melhores e mais modernos e o cuidado com as mesmas deve atender às finalidades
específicas, estando compatível com a necessidade do paciente. As coberturas no
tratamento de feridas trouxeram para os profissionais uma maior facilidade, e opções
para a escolha do que usar no cuidado; para os clientes um conforto e a esperança
de melhora rápida; e, para a gestão pública redução de gastos, pois estará tratando
o paciente com o produto adequado, evitando maior permanência do cliente nos
estabelecimentos de saúde.Nesse contexto o profissional de Enfermagem tem um
grande destaque escolhendo o tratamento mais adequado, levando em consideração
a qualidade de vida e bem estar do cliente.

Abstract:
The tissue repair process is systemic and takes time, causing great
discomfort in the client, which can lead to discredit in the treatment. For this recovery to
be effective it is necessary to provide conditions so that the injury can heal properly. From
this perspective, in recent years there has been a very great technological evolution
in the development of coverages and products in the treatment of wounds. The aim of
this study was to discuss new technologies in wound treatment. A bibliographic review
was performed using the databases of the online platforms: BIREME, LILACS and
SCIELLO, the following descriptors were used: (technology) and (wound treatments).
As inclusion criteria, was established the temporal cut of 2010-2016, where 58 articles
were listed and 8 articles were selected after filtering. The treatments for wounds are
getting better and more modern,and care with them should meet the specific purposes
and be compatible with the need of the patient. Wound care coverage has brought
professionals greater ease, and options for choosing what to use in care; for customers
a comfort and hope for rapid improvement; and, for the public management cost reduction, because it will be treating the patient with the appropriate product, avoiding
a greater permanence of the client in the health establishments. In this context, the
nursing professional has a great highlight choosing the most appropriate treatment,
taking into consideration the quality of life and well-being of the client
