A Evolução Dos Direitos Inerentes Ao Bem-Estar Dos Animais
A presente pesquisa científica
abordará as principais teorias inerentes aos
direitos proporcionadores do bem-estar animal,
iniciando pela perspectiva cosmocêntrica dos
pensadores naturalistas gregos, avançando
antropocentrismo difundido pelos sofistas e
Sócrates. Sendo reafirmado na Escolástica da
Idade Média até o período do renascimento.
Após essa introdução abordaremos o bemestar
animal a luz do direito contemporâneo, em
especial o caso brasileiro. Durante a pesquisa
utilizaremos a metodologia de pesquisa
bibliográfica na busca eminente do artesanato
intelectual. Abordaremos ainda, os principais
pensadores clássicos das teorias protetivas
dos animais, o que ensejará uma conceituação
semântica do direito animal, ocasionando
assim, uma “irritação” do poder público e
sociedade civil, os quais através da confecção
de legislações inerentes ao direito animal e
políticas públicas voltadas a sua compreensão,
possa oferecer um futuro melhor aqueles que
não podem sedefender.

Abstract:
The present scientific inquiry will
board the main theories inherent in the rights
proporcionadores of the animal well-being,
beginning for the perspective cosmocêntrica
of the Greek naturalist thinkers, advancing
antropocentrismo spread by the sophists and
Sócrates. Being reaffirmed in the Scholasticism
of the Middle Ages up to the period of the rebirth.
After this introduction we will board the animal
well-being to light of the contemporary right, in
special the Brazilian case. During the inquiry
we will use the methodology of bibliographical
inquiry in the eminent search of the intellectual
craftwork. We will board still, the main classic
thinkers of the theories protetivas of the
animals, which will provide with an opportunity
for a semantic conceituação of the animal
right, when there are causing so, an “irritation”
of the public power and civil society, which
through the production of legislation inherent in
the animal right and public policies turned his
understanding, there could offer a better future
those who cannot stand up forthemselves.
