A EVOLUÇÃO DOS DELITOS CONTRA HONRA: O RECONHECIMENTO DO CRIME DE STALKER NO BRASIL
Este estudo possui como foco a análise sobre a evolução e a importância acerca dos crimes contra honra, e sua correlação direta com o crime de stalking buscando explorar de maneira clara e objetiva, demostrar as diferenças entre os crimes contra honra e a necessidade de ter o conhecimento. O surgimento do crime de staker, saber identificar perfis comuns nos indivíduos que praticam o crime bem como as características das vítimas, mostrar como a evolução digital apesar de benéfica, impulsionou o aumento dos casos, e ainda foi responsável foi responsável pela criação da modalidade de ciberstalking. Mostrar o funcionamento desta nova tipificação e fazer uma análise jurídica detalhada para ter um melhor entendimento do funcionamento da lei. Por fim mostra a aplicabilidade e o funcionamento crime após a promulgação, como está a sua eficácia, como a pratica desse crime afeta e suas consequências, físicas e psicológicas na vítima, bem como as consequências para seus agressores, mostra alguns casos onde a lei já foi aplicada e teve êxito. Por fim o estudo fez uma análise detalhada dos crimes contra honra, buscou abordar de forma sucinta todos elementos que constituem a lei 14.132/2021 para melhor entendimento e correlação com os crimes contra honra. o método utilizado para a elaboração do trabalho foi uma vasta pesquisa bibliográfica que embasasse todas as informações.

Abstract:
This study focuses on the analysis of the evolution and importance of crimes against honor, and its direct correlation with the crime of stalking, seeking to explore in a clear and objective way, demonstrate the differences between crimes against honor and the need to have the knowledge. The emergence of the staker crime, knowing how to identify common profiles in individuals who commit the crime as well as the characteristics of the victims, showing how the digital evolution, although beneficial, boosted the increase in cases, and was still responsible for the creation of the modality of cyberstalking. Show how this new classification works and make a detailed legal analysis to have a better understanding of how the law works. Finally, it shows the applicability and operation of the crime after enactment, how its effectiveness is, how the practice of this crime affects and its consequences, physical and psychological on the victim, as well as the consequences for their aggressors, shows some cases where the law has already was applied and was successful. Finally, the study made a detailed analysis of crimes against honor, sought to briefly address all elements that constitute law 14.132/2021 for a better understanding and correlation with crimes against honor. the method used for the elaboration of the work was a vast bibliographic research that supported all the information.
