A EVOLUÇÃO DO ATENDIMENTO À POPULAÇÃO LGBTQ+ NO SISTEMA PÚBLICO DE SAÚDE
Este trabalho objetivou compreender como foi a conquista dos direitos da comunidade LGBTQ+ dentro do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), bem como o Ministério da Saúde (MS) vem implantando o Processo Transexualizador ( PrTr) no poder público de saúde. A pesquisa foi feita através de análise de literatura de documentos oficiais de domínio público e do Comitê Técnico de Saúde LGBT ( CTSLGBT) do MS e no acompanhamento das ações de implementação da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transexuais (PNSILGBT) por comitê específico designado pelo MS. Mesmo com grandes avanços nessa área e nesse assunto, há muitos desafios impostas pelos setores conservadores tanto o legislativo quanto o executivo que ameaça o retrocesso. Por isso, a evidencia dos direitos já adquiridos é uma forma da manutenção e potencialização dos direitos dessa comunidade no SUS.

Abstract:
This work aimed to understand how the rights of the LGBTQ + community were achieved within the Unified Health System (SUS), as well as the Ministry of Health (MS) has been implementing the Transexualizador Process (PrTr) in the public health authorities.The research was carried out through an analysis of the literature of official documents in the public domain and the LGBT Health Technical Committee (CTSLGBT) of the MS and in the monitoring of the implementation actions of the National Comprehensive Health Policy for Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites and Transsexuals ( PNSILGBT) by a specific committee appointed by the MS. Even with great advances in this area and in this matter, there are many challenges imposed by the conservative sectors, both the legislative and the executive that threatens the setback. Therefore, the evidence of the rights already acquired is a way of maintaining and enhancing the rights of this community in the SUS.
