A EVASÃO ESCOLAR NA EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS (EJA): PROBLEMATIZAÇÃO ACERCA DE UMA REALIDADE NACIONAL
O jovem ou adulto que se encontra fora da sala de aula, quando ingressa na escola, tem como anseio a melhoria de suas condições de vida, e é nesse momento que o mesmo precisa encontrar um ambiente acolhedor dentro da escola, e que o estimule a querer retornar para a unidade escolar. Contudo, o que se entende é que muitos alunos que se matriculam acabam desistindo mesmo antes do término do ano letivo. O objetivo principal do estudo centra-se em dissertar sobre evasão e permanência de alunos na EJA delineando a problemática enfocando as funções e desafios de jovens e adultos na realidade e a qualidade na EJA. A trajetória metodológica remete a um estudo do tipo descritivo aonde se buscou o aporte da pesquisa bibliográfica como fundamentação para a construção da revisão de literatura. Deste modo, refletir sobre a prática pedagógica e as causas que induzem a evasão escolar são de extrema importância na tentativa de minimizar o índice de alunos que abandonam a sala de aula. A evasão escolar na Educação de Jovens e Adultos necessita ser analisada e percebida de forma mais aberta, sobretudo porque se trata de uma questão preocupante e significativa tema para estudo.

Abstract:
The young person or adult who is out of the classroom, when they enter school, is eager to improve their living conditions, and it is at this time that they need to find a welcoming environment within the school, which encourages them to want to return to the school unit. However, what is understood is that many students who enroll end up dropping out even before the end of the school year. The main objective of the study focuses on dissertation on dropout and permanence of students in EJA outlining the issue focusing on the roles and challenges of young people and adults in reality and quality in EJA. The methodological trajectory refers to a descriptive study where the contribution of bibliographic research was sought as a foundation for the construction of the literature review. Thus, reflecting on pedagogical practice and the causes that induce school dropouts are extremely important in an attempt to minimize the rate of students who drop out of the classroom. Dropping out of school in Youth and Adult Education needs to be analyzed and perceived in a more open way, above all because it is a worrying and significant issue for study.
