A ÉTICA ECOLÓGICA COMO ALICERCE EM JUSTIÇA RESTAURATIVA
O presente artigo tratará sobre os aspectos de ética ecológica a partir de responsabilidade ambiental, permitirão desenvolver um estudo elucidativo de justiça restaurativa. Perfazendo a participação social e jurídica em fomentar estratégias em pacificar os conflitos ecológicos. Através da metodologia de revisão bibliográfica e jurisprudencial apresentar-se-à o posicionamento de reparação integral do dano. -á o posicionamento de reparação integral do dano.

Abstract:
This article will deal with aspects of ecological ethics from environmental responsibility, will allow to develop an elucidative study of restorative justice, making social and legal participation in fostering strategies to pacify ecological conflicts.
