A ESCUTA QUALIFICADA NO CICLO DA VIOLÊNCIA NA CASA DA MULHER BRASILEIRA
O presente estudo teve por finalidade apresentar o trabalho do Assistente Social no atendimento às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica, fruto do desdobramento do estágio realizado na Casa da Mulher Brasileira, por meio do setor Psicossocial no período de julho de 2016 - junho de 2017. Os atendimentos realizados pelo profissional Assistente Social é fundamental para que a mulher se sinta em segurança para relatar a violência sofrida. Utilizando a escuta qualificada o profissional se ampara no seu conhecimento cientifico, ético e teorico metodológico para pautar suas decisões, orientações e encaminhamentos sem violar os direitos da mulher em situação de violência. O objetivo é ressaltar a importância da escuta qualificada, realizada pelo Assistente Social às mulheres em situação de violência doméstica e familiar.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to present the work of the Social Worker in caring for women victims of domestic violence, as a result of the internship carried out at the Casa da Mulher Brasileira, through the Psychosocial sector from July 2016 to June 2017. care provided by the professional Social Worker is essential for the woman to feel safe to report the violence suffered. Using qualified listening, professionals rely on their scientific, ethical and theoretical methodological knowledge to guide their decisions, guidelines and referrals without violating the rights of women in situations of violence. The objective is to emphasize the importance of qualified listening carried out by the Social Worker to women in situations of domestic and family violence.
