A ERGONOMIA E A ANÁLISE ERGONÔMICA DO TRABALHO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Identificar na literatura brasileira
a utilização da ergonomia e da análise
ergonômica do trabalho como método de
pesquisa intervenção nos ambientes de
trabalho, favorecendo reflexões sobre a
temática. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa
de literatura utilizando as bases de dados
Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe
em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical
Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line
(Medline) e Scientific Eletronic Library Online
(Scielo). Utilizaram-se os descritores em inglês
Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Working
Condition, através da combinação destes.
Definiu-se como categoria para análise dos
resultados: a Ergonomia e sua contribuição na
saúde do trabalhador; a Análise Ergonômica do
Trabalho e metodologia empregada e a Análise
Ergonômica do Trabalho e resultados obtidos.
Após a aplicação dos critérios de inclusão e
exclusão, identificou-se 12 artigos referentes
à temática abordada. Os artigos foram lidos
e categorizados de acordo com as categorias
pré-definidas, com posterior apresentação dos
resultados. Foi possível identificar desafios
existentes na prática da Ergonomia e da AET e
significativo esforço realizado pelos autores em
realizar a análise dos resultados encontrados e
propor medidas de intervenção nos ambientes
e postos de trabalho, modificações estas que
visam à melhoria da qualidade de vida dos
trabalhadores.

Abstract:
To identify in the Brazilian literature
the use of ergonomics and of the ergonomic
analysis of the work as method of research
intervention in work environments, favoring
reflections on the theme. This is an integrative
review of literature using the databases Latin
American Literature and Caribbean in Health
Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem on-line (Medline)
and Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo). They used the descriptors in English,
Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Working Condition, through the combination of
these. It was defined as category for analysis of the results: the Ergonomics and your
contribution in the worker’s health; the Ergonomic Analysis of the Work and used
methodology and the Ergonomic Analysis of the Work and results obtained. After the
application of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, it identified 12 articles referring to
the theme addressed. The articles were read and categorized according to the predefined
categories, with subsequent presentation of the results. It was possible to
identify existing challenges in the practice of Ergonomics and AET and a significant
effort made by the authors to carry out the analysis of the results found and propose
measures of intervention in the environments and workplaces, modifications that seek
to the improvement of the quality of the workers life.
