A EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL FRENTE AO PACIENTE VÍTIMA DE PARADA CARDIORRESPIRATÓRIA
INTRODUÇÃO: A parada cardiorrespiratória (PCR) consiste na interrupção súbita da circulação e respiração, sendo necessário o diagnóstico rápido e preciso para assim obter detecção percorre, visando uma equipe capacitada para a realização de procedimentos necessários às vítimas. OBJETIVO: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca da equipe multiprofissional frente ao paciente vítima de parada cardiorrespiratória. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Os artigos foram coletados no período de janeiro e fevereiro de 2021. Foram utilizados os descritores: Equipe de assistência ao paciente, parada cardiorrespiratória e urgência, como critério de inclusão foram considerados: texto completo, idioma português, inglês e espanhol, que retratassem a temática em estudo, publicados com o recorte temporal de 2011 a 2021, e como critério de exclusão: textos repetidos, incompletos e que não focaram no tema exposto. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Dentro dessas buscas foram encontrados 412 artigos, porém, após a exclusão de achados duplicados e incompletos, restringiram-se a 21 obras. Ao final das análises, 10 artigos foram incluídos na revisão, porque melhor se enquadraram no objetivo proposto. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que a equipe multiprofissional estando capacitada e agindo de forma correta durante uma PCR, são capazes de detectar precocemente sinais de uma parada cardiorrespiratória intervindo mais rápido com o início das manobras, proporcionando maior sobrevida aos acometidos.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Cardiorespiratory arrest (CRA) is a sudden interruption of circulation and breathing, requiring a fast and accurate diagnosis in order to achieve path detection, aiming at a skilled team to perform the necessary procedures to the victims. OBJECTIVE: To carry out a bibliographic survey about the multiprofessional team facing the patient victim of cardiac arrest. METHODOLOGY: This is a literature review on the Virtual Health Library (VHL) database. The articles were collected from January to February 2021. The descriptors used were: patient care team, cardiorespiratory arrest and emergency, and the inclusion criteria were: full text, Portuguese, English and spanish language, that portrayed the theme under study, published in the period from 2011 to 2021, and as exclusion criteria: repeated texts, incomplete and not focused on the exposed theme. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Within these searches 412 articles were found, however, after exclusion of duplicate and incomplete findings, 21 works were restricted. At the end of the analysis, 10 articles were included in the review because they best fit the proposed objective. CONCLUSION: It was concluded that the multidisciplinary team, being trained and acting correctly during a CRA, is able to detect early signs of cardiac arrest, intervening faster with the beginning of maneuvers, providing greater survival to those affected.
