A ENFERMAGEM NA ASSISTÊNCIA À SAÚDE DA MULHER EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA
Descrever a atuação da enfermagem na integridade a saúde da mulher em situação de violência doméstica. A violência pode ser entendida de várias formas devido a multiplicidade do seu conceito, porém a violência doméstica pode se dar em vários aspectos, como: violência física, psicológica, sexual, patrimonial e moral. O estudo traz a conceituação de violência, os tipos de violência doméstica, a lei que ampara a mulher e como deve ser o atendimento da equipe de enfermagem mediante a vítima que procura atendimento. No processo metodológico estudo se deu por revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada de setembro de 2021 nos bancos: bancos IMP (Instituto Maria da Penha), OMS (Organização Mundial da Saúde), Scielo, além de outros bancos de dados, tais como o Ministério da Saúde e Secretaria Geral.Os resultados e discussão da pesquisa evidenciam que assistência de enfermagem a mulheres vítimas de violência deve promover acolhimento, o respeito, a escuta sensível e segurança. Esse cuidado deve ser incorporado aos instrumentos básicos da enfermagem, às políticas públicas de saúde e a legislação. Ações básicas para proteger e prevenir danos futuros.

Abstract:
Describe the role of nursing in the integrity of women's health in situations of domestic violence. Violence can be understood in several ways due to the multiplicity of its concept, but domestic violence can occur in several aspects, such as: physical, psychological, sexual, patrimonial and moral violence. The study brings the concept of violence, the types of domestic violence, the law that supports the woman and how the care provided by the nursing staff should be given to the victim who seeks care. In the methodological process, the study was carried out through an integrative literature review, carried out in September 2021 in banks: IMP (Maria da Penha Institute), WHO (World Health Organization), Scielo, and other databases such as the Ministry of Health and General Secretariat. The results and discussion of the research show that nursing care for women victims of violence must promote welcoming, respect, sensitive listening and safety. This care must be incorporated into basic nursing instruments, public health policies and legislation. Basic actions to protect and prevent future damage.
