A EFICIÊNCIA ESTATAL NA MERCANTILIZAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO: CONSEQUÊNCIAS E IMPORTÂNCIA DO TRABALHO DOCENTE NO COMBATE À ALIENAÇÃO.
Esta pesquisa tem por finalidade analisar, através de revisão bibliográfica, como a educação a nível nacional tem se tornado cada vez mais um produto mercadológico, direcionada à lucratividade, não se importando com a qualidade do ensino, e como isso tem afetado diretamente a profissão docente. Ao passo que os ideais neoliberais são vistos como inevitáveis pelo Estado, o sistema capitalista como insuperável, pontua-se a importância da educação e do educador, no mantimento ou no combate a este cenário. Através de belos discursos (seja na lei, ou em documentos oficiais) e ideologias individualistas, o Estado colabora com o sistema do capital à medida que terceiriza o que deveria ser suas funções de implantação e controle, através de parcerias público-privada e privatizações. Questiona-se ao fim: como superar o ciclo vicioso da alienação imposta pelo capitalismo na sociedade do capital? A resposta mais óbvia, porém, não tão simples: através da educação, por meio dos educadores, como uma das ferramentas mais importantes de combate frente ao sistema vigente.

Abstract:
This research aims to study, through literature review, how education at the national level has become increasingly a marketing product, directed to profitability, not caring about the quality of teaching. and how it has directly affected the teaching profession. While neoliberal ideals are seen as inevitable by the State, the capitalist system as insurmountable, the importance of education and the educator, in maintaining or combating this scenario is highlighted. Through beautiful speeches (either in the law or in official documents) and individualist ideologies, the State collaborates with the capital system as it outsources what should be its implantation and control functions, through public-private partnerships and privatization. After all, the main question is: how to overcome the vicious cycle of alienation imposed by capitalism in the society of capital? The most obvious answer, however, is not so simple: through education, through educators, as one of the most important tools to combat the current system.
