A EFICÁCIA DA LEI MARIA DA PENHA: UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DA VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER
Trata a Lei nº 11.340/2006 e sua eficácia no que tange a proteção da mulher frente a violência doméstica. A Lei ampliou os direitos relativos a proteção integral à mulher, ao tempo que dificultou a efetivação de tal proteção diante das inúmeras peculiaridades em concreto. Perquire, sua eficácia no plano prático. Investiga se houve diminuição dos casos de violência contra a mulher. Analisa os dados do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada e da Central de Atendimento à Mulher. Constata que não houve diminuição significativa dos índices de violência contra a mulher, motivado, principalmente, pela dependência da vítima ao agressor. Propõe a alteração da Lei para implantar, a partir do boletim de ocorrência, as medidas protetivas dispostas na LMP.

Abstract:
This is law nº 11.340/2006 and your effectiveness in the protection of women facing domestic violence. The law expanded the rights relating to full protection to the wife, to the time that hindered the implementation of such protection on the numerous quirks in concrete. Perquire, your effectiveness in practical terms. Investigates if there was decrease of cases of violence against women. Analyzes the data from the Institute of applied economic research and Service Center. Notes that there has been no significant decrease the incidence of violence against women, motivated mainly by the dependency of the victim to the perpetrator. Proposes to amend the Law to deploy from the police report, the protective measures laid out in the LMP.
