A EFETIVIDADE DO PROGRAMA EDUCACIONAL DE RESISTÊNCIA ÀS DROGAS (PROERD): Uma releitura das principais pesquisas realizadas em Minas Gerais.
O presente estudo propõe-se a pesquisar e analisar o Programa Educacional de Resistência às Drogas (PROERD) e a sua efetividade em Minas Gerais, acerca da modalidade do Programa voltado a prevenção criminal, tendo como tema problema a análise das pesquisas coletadas no banco de monografias do Curso de Especialização em Segurança Pública (CESP) e Curso de Especialização em Gestão Estratégica de Segurança Pública (CEGESP), da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, concluídos na Academia de Polícia Militar (APM), sendo possível verificar o nível de efetividade do Programa envolvendo a Polícia Militar e as crianças e adolescentes. Justifica-se a temática a análise dos diversos estudos feitos pelos pesquisadores que dedicaram a análise crítica da efetividade do PROERD nas diversas localidades de Minas Gerais, pois a conclusões das monografias para se ter uma percepção da real efetividade da prestação de serviço da Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais, com o objetivo de que todos estes estudos não fiquem perdidos ou desconexo com as estratégias da Instituição e do Programa. Destaque para o objetivo geral e os objetivos específicos do Programa, para que, ao final, o leitor possa ter uma visão crítica acerca da efetividade do Programa, conforme preconiza os ditames legais da Instituição. Na hipótese serão os estudos levando em consideração a análise da efetividade do PROERD nos municípios de Carangola, Teófilo Otoni, Poços de Caldas, Lavras, Três Corações, Contagem, Uberlândia, Belo Horizonte e Região Metropolitana do Vale do Aço, todos no Estado de Minas Gerais.

Abstract:
This study aims to research and analyze the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (PROERD) and its effectiveness in Minas Gerais, about the Program mode aimed at crime prevention and support to children and adolescents, with the theme problem analysis the research collected in the bank specialization course monographs on Public Security (CESP) and Specialization in Strategic Management of Public Security (CEGESP), the Military Police of Minas Gerais, completed at the Academy of Military Police (APM), making it possible check the level of effectiveness of the program involving the military police and the children and adolescents. Justified the study of this theme is the analysis of several studies done by researchers dedicated to the study of the effectiveness of PROERD in different localities of Minas Gerais, studying these papers to get a sense of the real effectiveness of service provision of the Military Police of Minas Gerais, in order that all these studies are not lost or disconnected with the strategies of the institution and the program. Highlighting the general objectives and specific objectives of the program so that in the end, the reader can have a critical view on the effectiveness of the program, as recommended by the legal dictates of the institution. The event will have as the analysis of studies taking into account the analysis of the effectiveness of PROERD in the municipalities of Carangola, Teófilo Otoni, Poços de Caldas, Lavras, Três Corações, Contagem, Uberlândia, Belo Horizonte and Region Metropolitan Vale do Aço, all in the state of Minas Gerais.
