A EFETIVIDADE DA PROTEÇÃO AOS REFUGIADOS SOB A ÉGIDE DO PROCEDIMENTO DE CONCESSÃO DE REFÚGIO E ASILO POLÍTICO
O presente trabalho visa tratar sobre a efetividade dos direitos aos refugiados no Brasil, à luz do Estatuto dos Refugiados, o qual teve respaldo nos tratados e convenções internacionais que versaram sobre a tutela dos direitos humanos. O objetivo central é elucidar os mecanismos de proteção interna dos refugiados neste território, levando em conta o procedimento de concessão do refúgio, da concessão do asilo e os avanços trazidos pela Lei nº 9.474/94. Por fim, busca-se a análise da efetividade dos direitos dos refugiados no Brasil, analisando os desafios que atualmente estes indivíduos estão inseridos, a fim de questionar o quanto a soberania dos Estados e as pressões políticas podem influenciar na vida dos refugiados que aqui procuram se estabelecer.

Abstract:
The present work aims to address the effectiveness of the rights to refugees in Brazil, in the light of the refugee statute, which has been backed by international treaties and conventions that have dealt with the protection of human rights. The central objective is to clarify the mechanisms of internal protection of refugees in this territory, considering the procedure for granting refuge, granting asylum and advances brought by Law Nº 9.474/94. Finally, it seeks to analyze the effectiveness of the rights of refugees in Brazil, analyzing the challenges that these individuals are currently inserted, in order to question how the sovereignty of States and political pressures can influence the life of Refugees seeking to establish themselves.
